POSTED Stamp With A Space To Write The Date

Shiny 9SEN205-2 marks outgoing paperwork as POSTED in red and leaves an open panel inside the word for the posting date or a tracking reference.

Its layout follows the other date space stamps in the Shiny line: a tall outline P on the left, a tall D on the right, the letters O S T E in a small row along the top, and an empty rounded box underneath them. The result is a frame you complete by hand.

Mail rooms and accounts offices use a posted mark to record when a statement, contract or notice left the building. Adding the date by pen on the file copy gives a simple record if someone later asks when it was sent.
