The Staedtler Shiny 9SEN203-2 is a pre-inked message stamp combining a RECEIVED text header with a date space, producing a red impression that records both the receipt message and the date in one stamping action.
Recording the date a document was received is a fundamental requirement in most office, legal, medical and financial environments. The 9SEN203-2 removes the need for a separate date stamp - the date space is incorporated directly into the impression layout alongside the RECEIVED text, so date and receipt status are always recorded together. The pre-inked die delivers thousands of sharp, consistent impressions without requiring a separate ink pad and the microporous rubber is re-inkable with Shiny pre-ink refill when exhausted.
The red colour provides strong visual contrast on incoming documents and makes stamped items easy to identify and sort. The compact, lightweight body is comfortable in the hand and stores efficiently in a desk drawer. Available in red and blue across the 9SEN message stamp range.

South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
