A Silver Chisel Marker For Cool Toned Cards And Winter Lettering

This is a box of ten Staedtler 8325-81 silver metallic calligraphy markers.

Silver reads crisp and modern where gold feels warm and traditional. It suits navy and charcoal stationery, anniversary cards, snowflake and frost designs, black chalkboard style signs drawn on paper, and anywhere a lettering piece needs a cool highlight next to white or blue. On dark card it gives a bright, even line; on white paper it shows as a soft grey shimmer.

According to Staedtler the chisel nib writes approx. 2.8 mm at its widest, the ink is opaque on dark as well as light surfaces, and the marker works straight from the box without pumping. If you use it on glass or a mirror, the ink comes off with a damp cloth, so it is not a permanent marker for those surfaces.
