Staedtler 653 is the Lumocolor mini whiteboard wiper, supplied here as a bulk box of 100 individually packed wipers for whole classes and training groups.

Each wiper is small: Staedtler give the size as 70 x 40 x 15 mm and pitch it at pencil cases and small hands. That makes it a natural partner for student mini whiteboards and lap boards, where a full sized eraser is clumsy and gets shared around the room.

The underside is a felt pad for dry-wiping board marker off a whiteboard, and Staedtler build a magnetic inlay into the body so the wiper can sit on any magnetic whiteboard between uses. Every wiper comes in its own hangable cardboard sleeve with an individual barcode, so the box can be split for a school store, a resale peg or a set of student kits without repacking.

Staedtler list it at 70 x 40 x 15 mm, which fits a pencil case. For a full size board, the Lumocolor 652 wiper is the larger option.
No. It is a dry felt wiper for whiteboard marker ink. Permanent ink needs a whiteboard cleaner or a solvent suitable for the board surface.
Only to magnetic ones. Staedtler say the magnetic inlay holds to a magnetic whiteboard; on a non-magnetic board or a wall it will not stay put.
Staedtler do not publish a cleaning method or a replacement pad. Tapping dust off over a bin keeps it working longer.
