Light 2H Grade In A Sturdy 0.7 mm Lead

Staedtler Mars micro carbon 250 07-2H: one tube of 12 hard 2H leads, 0.7 mm in diameter.

At 0.7 mm the lead copes with a heavy hand, while the 2H grade keeps each line pale and crisp. Together they make a lead for guide lines, layout work, woodwork and workshop marking, plans that will be traced over, and anyone who presses hard and snaps thinner leads.

Staedtler rate this lead family as stable and hard to break, smooth on the page and simple to erase, for use on paper or drawing card in any mechanical pencil of the correct size. A blue band on the tube marks 0.7 mm under the ISO colour code.

A 2H line is pale on purpose. For general writing in a 0.7 mm pencil, HB or 2B from the same range give a darker result.
