Metallic Hunter Green gel pen with a forest shimmer
Metallic Hunter Green is the deepest green in the Metallic series, a forest shade with a soft sheen for evergreen and botanical work.
Code XPGB-M#530 comes in the capped Gelly Roll Metallic barrel. Our swatch shows a dark forest green on white, while over black card the sample line turns a pale silvery green, because metallic pigments reflect light differently on dark stock. Sakura says the Metallic ink is pigment-based and writes on light and dark papers, glossy or matte.
Use it for pine trees, holly, ivy borders and card designs that need a subtle shimmer. Sakura describes the ink as archival quality and waterproof, with no feathering on most papers, and lists a 0.4 mm line. It is the darkest green of the Metallic range.
Compare greens across the Metallic series in our gel pens range. Our art and craft supplies collection covers Christmas card making, while drawing supplies and art paper and canvas hold pencils, sketchbooks and black stock.
