ACCO Australia state the holders are made from 100% recycled PVC, and the box front prints the same line: card holders made from 100% recycled pvc. That statement covers the holders, and neither source gives the material of the insert cards. ACCO publish a holder size of 92mm x 58mm and blank inserts of 90mm x 54mm.
