Red Lanyards Printed With the Word Visitor

Rexel code 9841003 is printed with VISITOR in white capitals along red webbing, and ACCO Australia publish a safety breakaway on it.

The pack front we photographed reads Rexel Lanyard-Visitor 5 Pack, and the word VISITOR repeats in white capitals down the red strap so it reads from either side. ACCO Australia describe the lanyard as breaking at the plastic safety clip if pulled, and as easily re-attached afterwards. They also list a swivel attachment and a detach buckle, both of which are visible in our photographs.

A printed lanyard settles the question of who is escorted and who is not without anyone having to read a card. The colour does the work at a distance and the word does it up close, which is the whole point of a visitor system that a receptionist can run single handed.

The matching staff lanyard is code 9842001 in blue, and both carry the published breakaway. Set them up together from lanyards and badge reels, add pouches from name badges and ID holders, and look at identification holders or business essentials for the rest of a front desk.

FAQs

The single word VISITOR, in white capitals, repeated along the red strap so it reads whichever way the lanyard twists. We have read it off the pack front and off the lanyard itself in our own photographs.
Yes. ACCO Australia publish a safety breakaway on this code and describe the lanyard as breaking at the plastic safety clip if pulled, then being easily re-attached. They publish no break weight figure for it. The one Rexel code with a published break weight is 9802202, at 2.5kg.
Not on this code. It is supplied pre printed with VISITOR and nothing else. Rexel offer STAFF as a separate code, 9842001, and the plain lanyards in the range carry no print at all.
Rexel and ACCO Australia publish no hanging length for the printed lanyards, so we do not quote one. The plain flat lanyards in the same range are published at 52cm.
That depends on your traffic. Five is Rexel's pack for this code, so a desk with steady visitor traffic will want more than one pack in order to rotate lanyards out for cleaning or replacement.
