Rexel ShredMax 15X Cross Cut Shredder with a Rotating Bin

The Rexel ShredMax 15X is a manual feed cross cut shredder that ACCO Australia publish at up to 15 sheets of 80gsm paper, cut to P-4 on the DIN 66399 scale, with a 35 litre rotating bin.

ACCO Australia say the rotating bin spreads the paper flat and evenly, which prevents a peak building up, and rate it at up to 300 A4 sheets. They publish 4x40mm particles and describe the machine as suited to both home and office use. ACCO Brands' archived New Zealand product page gave a 120 minute run time and 58dBA.

A dynamic LED rotating display gives warning indicators for bin full, door open, overheat and overload, as ACCO Australia list them. ACCO Australia add that the auto jam reverse helps clear paper jams and that paper clips and staples can go through with the paper, and they publish a 2 year warranty.

ACCO Australia publish P-4, a level on the DIN 66399 scale, with 4x40mm cross cut particles. We quote that rating and do not claim DIN 66399 certification, because we have not seen a certificate for the ShredMax 15X.
ACCO Australia say the bin rotates to keep shreds flat and even, stopping a peak from forming, and credit that with more usable capacity than a standard shredder bin. They rate the 35 litre bin at up to 300 A4 sheets, and the LED display warns when the bin is full or the door is open.
ACCO Australia's current page does not state a run time. ACCO Brands' archived New Zealand product page and specification sheet for 2154360AU gave 120 minutes, and we quote that figure with its source.
ACCO Australia list paper, paper clips and staples, and name neither credit cards nor CDs, so we do not claim either. Keep to paper with its clips and staples.
ACCO Australia describe their Rexel oil sheets, 2101949 and 2101948, as safe for all shredder models without an auto oiling function, and their 15X page lists no auto oiling. We have not found a 15X instruction manual, so check the machine's own instructions first.
ACCO Australia publish a 2 year warranty period for the ShredMax 15X. We have not seen the detailed warranty terms for this model, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
