Compact Beige Non-Stick Frypan for Every Cooktop

The Resto Ran 24cm frypan in beige is made from recycled die-cast aluminium with a Pfluon Cookmark non-stick interior and a reinforced induction base that works on induction, gas, electric, vitroceramic and halogen hobs.

Ran is one of Resto's die-cast aluminium collections, with a woven-fabric-inspired relief on the outside and wood-grain-effect soft-touch handles, offered in beige and black. At 24cm across and 5.5 cm high, this is the smallest of the three Ran frypans, a handy size for eggs, omelettes, toasties and quick lunches in a staff kitchen. It is sold as the pan on its own, without a lid, in a Resto paper sleeve.

Resto builds its die-cast ranges with a four-layer non-stick coating, so food releases cleanly and the pan wipes out fast. An anti-deformation disk in the base resists warping, the heat-resistant exterior coating helps keep soot build-up off the outside, and Resto says the handle stays cool during cooking. A hanging loop lets it live on a rail.

It is lead, PFOA and cadmium free. Resto marks it not for oven use, so keep it on the cooktop. It sits well with our kitchenware range, staff kitchen and breakroom supplies and dishwashing and kitchen cleaning products.

Yes. Resto lists the Ran range for induction, gas, electric, vitroceramic and halogen hobs. The base is an induction bottom reinforced with an anti-deformation disk, which Resto says resists warping.
No. Resto prints a NO OVEN symbol on the packaging sleeve for this frypan and publishes no oven temperature for it, so use it on the cooktop only.
Resto rates it dishwasher safe. Its care guidance also asks you to hand wash it before first use, cook on low to medium heat and avoid metal sponges and abrasive cleaners. Resto publishes a separate care note about dark marks that can appear on bases after dishwasher use, so hand washing is the gentler choice if you want the finish to stay looking new.
Resto's care guidance warns against metal sponges and abrasive cleaners. As with any non-stick coating, we suggest wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to keep the surface in good condition.
No lid is included. You get the frypan on its own in a Resto paper sleeve. In the Ran range, the saucepan, the two casseroles and the shallow pot are the pieces that come with a glass lid.
Ran frypans come in 24cm, 26cm and 28cm, each in beige or black. This 24cm pan is the smallest of the three and stands 5.5 cm high; the 26cm and 28cm give more cooking area. The same pan in black is listed separately as the black Ran 24cm frypan.
