A Low-Sided Mon Pan for Pancakes and Crepes

The Resto Mon 24cm pancake pan is recycled forged aluminium with a 4-layer PFLUON non-stick coating and a low 1.7 cm rim for pancakes, crepes and flatbreads.

Mon is a black forged aluminium range from Resto. The pancake pan is its flat, low-sided piece, with a four-layer PFLUON non-stick coating that Resto describes as abrasion resistant and says needs little or no oil, and a heat-resistant coating outside. The base is an induction bottom reinforced with an anti-deformation disk.

It works on induction, gas, electric, vitroceramic and halogen hobs, and the low rim leaves room to slide a spatula under a crepe or turn a pancake. The ergonomic soft-touch handle has wood-like inserts and a hanging loop, and Resto lists the pan at 0.65 kg.

Hand washing keeps the coating at its best, so keep dishwashing and kitchen cleaning supplies by the sink, add more kitchenware and cookware to a breakroom or staff kitchen, and serve up with our serveware and dinnerware ranges.

FAQs

Yes. Resto lists induction, gas, electric, vitroceramic and halogen hobs for the Mon range, and the base is an induction bottom reinforced with an anti-deformation disk.
Resto does not publish an oven rating for the Mon range, so we cannot recommend oven use. Treat it as a hob-only pan.
Resto shows a dishwasher symbol for Mon and its brochure calls its forged aluminium pans dishwasher safe, but its aluminium-base care guide says to keep the dishwasher to 50°C or below and warns the base may discolour. We recommend hand washing in warm soapy water.
Resto describes the coating as abrasion resistant but does not publish utensil guidance in the information we hold. A wide silicone or nylon spatula is the safe choice on any non-stick coating.
No. Resto sells the Mon pancake pan without a lid. It comes on its own in a paper sleeve.
The pancake pan is nearly flat, with a 1.7 cm rim, while the Mon frypans are 5.3 cm to 5.8 cm high. It shares the same black finish, coating and wood-like handle inserts.
