A Grey Faceted Stovetop Kettle With a Whistling Spout

The Resto Almaaz whistling kettle is a food-grade stainless steel stovetop kettle with a grey faceted body, a black non-heating handle and a whistling spout opened by a button on the handle.

Almaaz is Resto's range of stovetop kettles, and this is the grey faceted model. The base is what Resto calls a thermal storage bottom, a multi-layer capsule that Resto says gives uniform heating and fast boiling, and it works on induction, gas, electric, vitroceramic and halogen hobs. It is a stovetop kettle, not an electric one, so it needs a cooktop.

The spout valve opens with a button on the handle, and Resto describes the ergonomic handle as non-heating. Resto marks the kettle as not dishwasher safe, so it should be washed by hand. Resto lists its weight as 0.84 kg and its size as 210 x 200 x 210 mm.
