Yes. All 500 sheets are fluoro yellow. Rainbow also sell a fluoro assorted pack and a fluoro assorted ream if you want a mix in one wrapper instead.

The wrapper on this ream is printed Laser - Copier - Inkjet. It is 75gsm, a shade lighter than the 80gsm colours in the same range, so load it on its own rather than stacking it on top of what is already in the tray.
