Rainbow do not print the contents of this pack anywhere on the label. The colour grid on the wrapper is a chart of the whole Office Paper range, marked as a guide only, and it includes a fluorescent blue that Austpaper do not stock at all, so it cannot be read as the contents of this pack. Ask us before you order if the exact mix matters.

Austpaper list this range for laser and ink jet printer use. Rainbow print no machine marking on this pack, so we quote what they publish rather than a marking they have not made. It is 75gsm, a shade lighter than the 80gsm colours in the same range, so load it on its own rather than on top of what is already in the tray.

20 packs per carton. A full carton is usually simpler to receive and store than several loose packs.

It depends on the shade. Black text holds up best on the yellow and reasonably on the orange. On the deeper pink and green, keep the wording short and set it large and let the colour do the work.

Austpaper publish no country of origin and no certification for this range, and none of the fluoro pages carries a certification row at all, so we state neither. We can ask the supplier if you need it for a tender.

Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Delivery estimates apply to in-stock items only and may vary due to carrier conditions or delays.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim. Items should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
