Protext NP9690 is a box of 100 gloss A4 laminating pouches at 80 microns, the lighter of the two A4 thicknesses Protext sell.

Most of what goes through an office or classroom laminator is a single A4 sheet that needs to survive a noticeboard, a fridge door or a clipboard: a fire exit plan, a visitor sign, a roster or a merit certificate. An 80 micron pouch is the general-purpose choice for that kind of job, and a box of 100 keeps a supply next to the machine for the whole term.

The back of the box gives the pouch size as 216 x 303mm, the finish as gloss and the country of manufacture as China. It also lists what Protext suggest the pouches for: awards, letters, documents, signs, menus, photos and artwork.
