The PC-5M has a medium bullet tip that Posca rates at 1.8 to 2.5mm depending on the angle and pressure you apply. It sits in the middle of the Posca range, which makes it the general purpose choice for illustration, hand lettering, poster work and filling solid areas of colour.
The wallet contains black, white, grey, beige, brown, yellow, orange, red, pink, violet, blue, light blue, green, light green, gold and silver. This is the standard assorted PC-5M selection, not a metallic, pastel or dark colour set.
Posca lists more than 50 surfaces, including paper, card, canvas, wood, metal, glass, ceramic, plastic, stone and fabric. The water based pigment ink is permanent on porous surfaces once dry. On most non-porous surfaces such as glass it can be wiped off before it sets.
Tip size is the main difference, as the ink is the same across the range. The PC-3M is a 1.3mm fine bullet for detail and lettering, the PC-5M is the 2.5mm medium bullet for general work, and the PC-8K is an 8mm chisel for signage, murals and large fills.
The ink is water based, low odour and non-toxic, and uni-ball states the formula is ACMI certified, so it suits school and studio environments. The tip is reversible, so you can pull it out and flip it for a fresh point, and Posca sells PCR5 replacement tips for the PC-5M.

Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Delivery estimates apply to in-stock items only and may vary due to carrier conditions or delays.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim.
