The POSCA PC-17K Paint Marker in Blue is the largest marker in the POSCA range, with an extra-wide 15mm rectangular chisel tip that fills large areas fast and lays down bold, expressive strokes with a single pass.
POSCA paint is water-based acrylic, which means no harsh fumes, no solvent smell, and no skin irritation when you are working close to the surface for extended periods. The pigment is fully opaque and dries to a smooth matte finish that resists water, UV light and abrasion on most surfaces. It adheres to an exceptionally wide range of substrates -- paper, card, canvas, wood, metal, glass, ceramic and fabric among them -- without requiring a primer or sealer coat. Once dry it is permanent.
The valve-activated paint system is the same across the entire POSCA range: shake the marker well, then press the tip firmly on a scrap surface to prime the paint flow before beginning work. The chisel tip is reversible and replaceable, extending the life of the marker considerably when one face wears down. The 15mm width gives you efficient coverage for background fills, broad lettering, poster headlines and large mural sections where smaller markers would require many repetitive passes.
Blue is one of the most used colours in the PC-17K range for signage, mural outlines and large art projects. The marker is sold individually, making it straightforward to replace or add a single colour to an existing POSCA set.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim. Items should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
