Polycell give the size as 150 x 230 plus a 50mm flap without saying whether it is internal. Allow some room for the bubble lining when choosing, and for anything close to the limit, go up to the 215 x 280mm size.
Remove the backing strip from the flap, then fold and press. Polycell describe the closure as a tamper-evident seal.
Paper. Polycell describe Mail Tuff as kraft paper outside with a bubble lining, and list LDPE as the main material with a kraft paper lamination. For a plastic outer, see the Maxi Tuff range.
