At 240 x 345mm plus a 50mm flap, the Polycell Mail Tuff MT4 is sized so A4 documents travel unfolded, and a carton gives you 100 of them.

Contracts, certificates, photographs and printed reports look better when they arrive without a crease. This size leaves a margin around an A4 page or a slim A4 booklet, and the bubble layer behind the white kraft paper face keeps corners from being dog eared in transit. Polycell describe the purpose of the range as protecting the surface of an item and avoiding damage from collision.

Offices that post the same kind of document every week can keep a carton by the printer. The paper face is easy to write on or label, and the self seal flap closes without tape. Polycell say the kraft outer and tamper-evident seal are made to stand up to the general mailing cycle, and that the light build keeps postage costs to a minimum.

Yes. The mailer is wider and longer than an A4 sheet, so documents and slim booklets lie flat. Thick ring bound reports may suit the 265 x 380mm size better.
The white kraft paper face takes a pen or marker, and there is plenty of room for an address label.
Polycell's Mail Tuff chart goes from MT2 at 215 x 280mm straight to MT4, this 240 x 345mm size. The same measurement is also available as the Corrugated Mailer and as Maxi Tuff size 3.
Polycell make no moisture claim for the paper faced Mail Tuff. If weather is a concern, the Maxi Tuff range has a plastic outer film that Polycell say protects against moisture.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
