Gun Metal Grey with Nothing Shiny
Parker 2172961 is the IM Monochrome ballpoint that Parker describe as titanium lacquer with gun metal trims, a dark, industrial grey from cap to cone, writing in blue with a medium Quinkflow refill.
It has a technical look: the grey suits machined metal, carbon laptops, workshop benches and black coffee. Because the trims match the lacquer, Parker's photos show a uniform satin grey with no bright chrome. Underneath, Parker specify stainless steel trims metal and a lacquer-and-PVD cap.
Engineers, developers, tradespeople moving into management and anyone who dislikes flashy pens may prefer this finish. It has a click action, so there is no cap to lose on site, and it comes in a Parker gift box.
Pair it with the gun metal IM Monochrome fountain pen, or see the blue, burgundy and champagne ballpoints. Browse executive ballpoint pens, retractable pens, Parker and Quinkflow and other refills.
