Marbig 51160 is a box of 1000 plain red polyethylene packaging envelopes, 175 x 125mm, for carrying paperwork on the outside of a parcel.

A box of 1000 envelopes, as our title says and as the BX1000 in ACCO's product name indicates. ACCO's ordering system shows the code by the piece, so the box count comes from their product name and our listing.
ACCO say an A4 sheet fits with only two folds. Thicker bundles of paper may need an extra fold or a larger envelope.
ACCO chose the red so mail is easy to pick out on arrival. The white 150 x 115mm plain envelope is the choice when you want the pocket to be less prominent.
ACCO say it protects documents from harsh conditions during transport, but they publish no waterproof or weather rating. It is not a substitute for a sealed satchel.
