Documents Enclosed, Printed Where It Gets Noticed

Marbig Professional 51096 comes as 1000 red envelopes to a box. Each 165 x 115mm polyethylene pouch carries the words Documents Enclosed on a yellow band.

Not every carton leaves with an invoice. Certificates of conformity, warranty cards, returns forms and signed delivery paperwork all need to travel with the goods, and a general Documents Enclosed wording covers the lot without keeping separate stock for each. The red body and yellow panel make the pouch easy for the receiver to spot on the outside of a parcel, which is the point ACCO make about identification on receipt.

The film is polyethylene, which ACCO say shields paperwork against harsh conditions in transit, and they add that the superior grade adhesive prevents crinkling and sticking to itself. ACCO say the 165 x 115mm size takes multiple documents. ACCO publish no water resistance rating or list of carton surfaces.

Use it when the paperwork is not an invoice or packing slip, or when you want one print for everything. Marbig 51097 is the Invoice Enclosed version and 51100 is Packing Slip.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
