ACCO Australia's page for code 8331501 lists a strong clip mechanism, a carry handle and grips, and an extra wide case that ACCO describe as a portable office. The retail card photographed here says the case holds A4 size documents and that the compartments are for stationery and equipment, and prints Made in China with reference 8331501.
