The 0.3mL Livingstone insulin syringe spreads 30 units across the full length of the barrel, so a low dose is measured against wide, well-spaced graduations instead of crowded ones.

Barrel choice is really about resolution. A 1mL syringe prints 100 units into the same physical space a 0.3mL syringe gives to 30. For anyone drawing small volumes that difference is the whole ball game, particularly in poor light or with reduced vision. The fixed 31 gauge, 8mm needle keeps dead space to a minimum, so almost nothing is stranded in the hub when the plunger bottoms out.

The white plunger reads high-contrast against the printed scale, and plunger travel is smooth enough for slow, controlled subcutaneous delivery. Sterile and single use throughout.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
