USB 2.0 over Cat6 with power sent down the cable

This Lindy extender carries a USB 2.0 port up to 50m over Cat.5e/6 cable, with Power over Cable feeding the remote unit.

The transmitter has a USB Type B (Female) port for the computer and the receiver a USB Type A (Female) port for the device, linked by Cat.5e/6 or higher network cable (not included). It handles USB 2.0 at 480Mbps plus USB 1.1 Full and Low Speed, supports isochronous transfer and contains one USB 2.0 hub. Only the transmitter needs its 24VDC supply connected.

Order using Lindy part 42680 or our code DS42680. The box contains the transmitter and receiver units, a 0.5m USB 2.0 A male to B male cable, a multi-country power supply and a Lindy manual. Installation is plug and play. Lindy backs it with a 2 year warranty.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier.
