That is Kyocera's simplex figure and it is the one we will quote. They publish up to 20 A4 pages per minute when it is printing both sides, and a first page out in approximately 6.4 seconds or less from ready. Real world throughput depends on what you are sending it.

Kyocera publish an average monthly volume of 2,000 pages and a maximum of 80,000 pages a month, with a maximum life of 200,000 pages or five years. If your volume sits near the top of that band regularly, talk to us about a machine rated higher rather than buying to the maximum.

Kyocera list AirPrint, Mopria, Microsoft Universal Print and their own KYOCERA Mobile Print app for iOS and Android. It also has Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 Hi-Speed, so it will sit on a network or on a single desk.

Kyocera publish 52 dB(A) while printing, 48 dB(A) in quiet mode and 29 dB(A) on standby. That is normal for a workgroup mono laser, but it is not a machine you want on the desk beside you in a quiet room.

Two years return to base as standard, which is Kyocera's published figure. Return to base means the machine goes back to a service point rather than an engineer coming to you, so factor that in if it is the only printer on site.
