Dugong 47cm, dolphin 40cm, barramundi 47cm, whale 48cm, platypus 47cm, turtle 47cm. Velvet-feel polyester with thick foam inserts. $190.00 the set - about $31.70 each.
Six cushions shaped like the animals they depict, each carrying artwork by a named Aboriginal artist. Children sit on them, and the artwork is at eye level while they do.
About the artist
Uncle John Smith Gumbula is a Cultural Ambassador with more than four decades of work across the arts, education, cultural affairs and innovation. He is a proud Wakka Wakka | Gurang Gurang man with Gamilaroi and Iman family lineage, and an adopted son of the Yolŋu people of Galiwin'ku (Elcho Island) in Arnhem Land. He is a recipient of the QEII Silver Jubilee Queen's Trust Award.
His artistic journey began in 1978, aged ten, from a hospital bed in Mount Morgan on Gangulu Country in Queensland after a diagnosis of Scheuermann's disease. In his own words: "My Cultural Heritage proudly resonates in my Heart, Spirit, and Life, keeping culture strong and alive, spiritually and physically connecting me to Country."
What you get, and what to ask us for
Six different animals means six different conversations. A dugong and a barramundi are not interchangeable - they belong to different waters and different stories, and the set gives a teacher six starting points rather than one.
Velvet-feel polyester over thick foam. They are cushions to sit on, not display pieces. Machine washable fabric - check the care label on each.
The one thing missing is the story behind each design. The supplier gives the artist, which is the important part, but not what each animal's artwork represents. For a resource meant to open conversations about Country, that matters. We have asked. Ask us before you order and we will pass on what we get.
Also not published: whether the covers come off for washing. The supplier says the fabric is machine washable and to refer to the care labels, which is not the same thing. If washability is why you are buying, ask us first.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. For in-stock items, standard metro delivery in QLD, NSW and VIC is usually 1 to 7 business days. South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory are generally 3 to 12 business days. Express delivery for eligible parcels under 3kg is usually 1 to 4 business days in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC. Delivery estimates apply to in-stock items only and may vary due to carrier conditions or delays.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim. Items should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
