Ten pieces, two heights, and a course the children build themselves
The complete Build N' Balance system: 2 small tops (27cm diameter, 10cm high), 3 large tops (40cm diameter, 24cm high) and 5 steel-reinforced planks (72 x 13 x 3cm). Maximum user weight 100kg.
Two top heights is what makes this a progression rather than a single activity. A course built on the 10cm tops suits a two-year-old; the same pieces at 24cm suit a confident six-year-old; and a course that mixes both teaches a child to change their step, which is the actual skill.
The part most schools underrate is who does the building. Handing a class ten pieces and asking them to design a path is a problem-solving exercise before anyone has taken a step - including the risk assessment of how high to go, which is a lesson in itself.
The planks are steel-reinforced rather than plain moulded plastic. That is the reason this survives a decade of school use and a cheaper set does not.
Safety: 2 years and over, 100kg maximum user weight, non-slip rubber edges, and the supplier recommends supervision - especially when the build height is being changed.
Where it sits on weight. Load limits across our balance range run from 60kg to 200kg and they are not interchangeable - the crocodile stones and the two Weplay seesaws stop at 60kg, the river stones at 80kg, the Gonge Build N' Balance system at 100kg, and the wooden rocking board at 200kg. Check the figure against the students who will actually stand on it, especially in upper primary.

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time depends on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping option selected at checkout. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact Mega Office Supplies as soon as possible. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, a repair, replacement, or refund will be offered. In these cases, Mega Office Supplies will cover reasonable return shipping costs, and photographic evidence may be requested to help process the claim. Items should be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
