An A3 pouch laminator that is ready in a minute

The GBC 250HS takes pouches from 75 to 125 micron up to A3, warms up in one minute and runs at 500mm per minute on two externally heated rollers.

The figure worth comparing is the throughput rather than the top speed. GBC put a single A4 sheet in an 80 micron pouch at 36 seconds and 16 A4 sheets at ten minutes, which is the number that tells you whether a class set or a signage run will hold up the person doing it. A one minute warm up matters for the same reason: it is dead time at the start of every session.

Entry guide LEDs show where to feed the pouch so it goes in square, a status LED signals when the machine is ready, and a reverse release backs a jammed pouch out rather than forcing it through. It shuts itself off after fifteen minutes idle.

It is a pouch machine, so it needs pouches rather than roll film. Our laminators, the GBC laminators and the wider GBC range carry the pouches and the larger machines.

Anything from 75 to 125 micron. Thinner pouches run faster and stay flexible, which suits paperwork that gets filed. 125 micron holds its shape and is what signage, menus and price cards want. The machine handles both without a setting change.
GBC quote 36 seconds for a single A4 sheet in an 80 micron pouch, and 16 A4 sheets in ten minutes. The second figure is the useful one for a class set, because it includes the machine recovering between sheets.
No. This is a pouch laminator and it needs pouches. Roll film machines are a different design; the GBC Foton 30 is the pouch free option in our range.
There is a reverse release that backs the pouch out rather than driving it further in. Feeding square through the entry guide LEDs is what prevents most jams in the first place.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
