ACCO publish 50 to 60 sheets of 80gsm paper. Thicker paper or tabbed dividers take up more of the spine, so test first.
It falls below the ACCO range for this width, and ACCO give 25 to 30 sheets for the 3.0mm cover. This site carries no GBC width between the two, so a trial bind in each will show which suits.
GBC ThermaBind 310E and ThermaBind TB500. ACCO list both as thermal machines, but do not publish which cover widths each accepts, so check your manual.
Not neatly. The pages are held in glue, so a new page means rebinding the document in a fresh cover.

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
