The 6mm Cover for Course Notes and Mid Length Reports

At 6mm, this Fellowes Standard thermal cover takes 41 to 60 pages, which suits course workbooks, annual plans and mid length reports.

A document of this size is too thick to staple well and is often read at a desk with the pages open. A glued thermal spine holds the sheets in order without punch holes eating into the margin. Behind the clear PVC window your title page stays visible, with gloss white board on the reverse.

On a Fellowes Helios binder the 6mm width matches the first step of the binding thickness guide, which the Helios 60 manual calibrates in 6mm widths. Several covers can be bound together in one cycle on a Helios.

Each box contains 100 covers.

Compare spine widths in thermal covers, find a Helios in thermal binders, or view all binding machines and Fellowes products.

FAQs

Fellowes rate it for 41 to 60 page documents. If your document sits at the top of the range, test bind one copy first.
On a Helios 60 you can bind more than one document in a cycle, up to the machine total Fellowes give in the manual.
The Helios 60 manual says thermal covers work best with thin, uncoated paper and to take care with thick or coated stock.
Fellowes list them for the Helios thermal binding machines. Other brands are not named by Fellowes.
