A Roomier Card Size With a Stiff Finish

Fellowes 53080 contains 100 gloss pouches measuring 65 x 95mm at 175 micron, a larger card format than the 54 x 86mm wallet size, laminated in Fellowes' Protect 175 film.

The extra 11mm in width and 9mm in length gives room for a bigger photo, a larger name or a few more lines of text, while the card still fits a pocket or an oversized badge holder. Fellowes suggest it for identity, credit, business and visitor cards, and rate the 175 micron gauge as a premium level of document protection, so the card comes out firm.

Before you buy, check the laminator. Fellowes say the pouches suit all laminator brands, but 175 micron needs a machine rated for that thickness, such as the Venus or Jupiter A3 (up to 250 micron) or the Proteus A3 (80 to 250 micron). If you only have a 125 micron desk laminator, the same 65 x 95mm size is sold in 125 micron.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee may apply depending on the product type and supplier. Some items, including electronics, assembled or installed furniture, food, beverages, medicines, custom-made products, and certain bulk or special-order items, are not eligible for return unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
