Small Format 175 Micron Pouches, Box Printed 59 x 83mm

Fellowes 53077 is a box of 100 gloss laminating pouches at 175 micron for small cards, sold under our title as 54 x 83mm while the Fellowes box itself prints 59mm x 83mm.

We want to be upfront about the size. Fellowes Australia's web listing calls this code 54x83mm, but their own item description and the front and spine of the box in the product photos read 59mm x 83mm. Going by the box, it is a touch wider and shorter than a 54 x 86mm credit card pouch, so measure your insert against both figures before ordering a large run, or choose the 54 x 86mm code if your cards are standard wallet size.

The film is the Protect 175 weight, which Fellowes rate as a premium level of document protection, so the result is a firm card. Fellowes say it works with all laminator brands, but the machine must accept 175 micron; desk models limited to 125 micron will not do. Small menus, recipe and reference cards, name cards and tickets are typical jobs for a compact rigid pouch.

Fellowes give both. Their web listing, and our title, say 54x83mm. Their item description and the printed box say 59mm x 83mm. We go by the box, so measure your card first.
For standard wallet cards, the 54 x 86mm pouch is the safer choice, as the 86mm length suits that format.
You need one rated for 175 micron pouches. Desk models that stop at 125 micron, such as the Saturn, Lunar+ and Cosmic, are not suitable.
