Faber Castell Albrecht Durer Watercolour Pencils Wooden Case of 72 is article 117572, packing 72 artists' watercolour pencils into a wooden carry case for illustrators, art students and teachers who draw first and paint over with water.

Faber-Castell explain that Albrecht Durer watercolour pencils offer versatility of expression for drawing, shading and painting, and that a few brush strokes can transform the coloured surface. Depending on the paper being used, Faber-Castell say the pigments can be completely dissolved to behave like classic watercolour paints. The 72 pencils have a thick 3.8 mm lead.

Faber-Castell's pack lists acid-free pigments of unsurpassed lightfastness, along with SV bonding that gives each lead high break resistance. For carrying, the same pack describes a metal handle, a knob that locks the lid and latches in when closed, and storage space for peripherals and accessories.
