Water-soluble Derwent Inktense Block, colour Sun Yellow 0200
Derwent Inktense Block Sun Yellow, number 0200, a soft block whose colour intensifies with water and dries permanently.
Ink-like colour in a soft block is the basis of the Inktense Blocks range, and Sun Yellow (0200) carries that formulation in a single colour. Derwent describes the blocks as highly pigmented and water-soluble. Applied dry, the colour sits as drawn; worked with water, it intensifies. When dry it becomes permanent, which lets you build layer on layer without dissolving earlier work.
For purchase orders, use AA2300419 or the Derwent code 2300419, colour number 0200. Derwent rates the range 5 for colour intensity and 5 for layering, and 3 each for blendable and strength. One unit is a box of 6 Sun Yellow blocks. Derwent's table for the 72-colour block range gives a soft texture and an 8mm core size.
Drawing, painting and craft materials across the store are listed under Art & Craft Supplies. Derwent Inktense Blocks sit in our Watercolour Paints collection with the watercolour paints we stock. Every colour in the range is grouped in Derwent Inktense Blocks.
