Derwent Inktense Block in Mid Vermilion, colour 0310
Mid Vermilion is colour 0310 in Derwent's Inktense Blocks range: water-soluble, highly pigmented and permanent once dry.
Ink-like colour in a soft block is the basis of the Inktense Blocks range, and Mid Vermilion (0310) carries that formulation in a single colour. Derwent describes the blocks as highly pigmented and water-soluble. Applied dry, the colour sits as drawn; worked with water, it intensifies. When dry it becomes permanent, which lets you build layer on layer without dissolving earlier work.
Derwent scores the block range 5 for layering, 5 for colour intensity and 3 for both strength and blendable. One unit is a box of 6 Mid Vermilion blocks. Derwent lists Mid Vermilion under code 2302043, colour number 0310; our code is AA2302043. In the range features, the blocks are marked water-soluble and permanent once dry, with a soft texture.
It is also listed in Art & Craft Supplies, our general collection for art and craft materials across the store. For watercolour paints and other water-soluble colour, see Watercolour Paints, where this block is also listed. Every colour in the range is grouped in Derwent Inktense Blocks.
