Derwent Inktense colour 1220 in Green Aquamarine, sold by the box
Derwent Inktense Block Green Aquamarine, colour 1220, gives ink-like colour on paper and porous surfaces, and we sell it in a box of 6.
Derwent lists Green Aquamarine as colour 1220 in its Inktense Blocks range, which runs to 72 colours. The blocks are formulated to dry permanently, so a dried layer of colour is not dissolved when more goes over it. Use the block dry, or add water to make the colour more intense. Surfaces Derwent names include paper, ceramic, wood and fabrics such as silk and cotton. Each block has an 8mm core and a soft texture.
The block range is marked water-soluble in Derwent's table, which also lists fabric use. For purchase orders, use AA2302064 or the Derwent code 2302064, colour number 1220. Derwent rates the range 5 for colour intensity and 5 for layering, and 3 each for blendable and strength. We sell it as a box of 6 blocks in the one colour.
Derwent Inktense Blocks sit in our Watercolour Paints collection with the watercolour paints we stock. Art and craft stock more broadly, including this block, is grouped under Art & Craft Supplies. Every colour in the range is grouped in Derwent Inktense Blocks.
