Derwent Inktense Block Cadmium Orange for layered colour work
Derwent Inktense Block Cadmium Orange, colour 0250, gives ink-like colour on paper and porous surfaces, and we sell it in a box of 6.
Derwent lists Cadmium Orange as colour 0250 in its Inktense Blocks range, which runs to 72 colours. Worked dry or with water, the pigment intensifies once water is added. Beyond paper, the blocks can be applied to porous surfaces such as ceramic, wood and fabric, including silk and cotton. Derwent formulates the blocks to dry permanently, giving layering without dissolving colour that has already dried. Each block has an 8mm core and a soft texture.
For purchase orders, use AA2302041 or the Derwent code 2302041, colour number 0250. It comes from us in a box of 6, all Cadmium Orange. In the range features, the blocks are marked water-soluble and permanent once dry, with a soft texture. Derwent rates the range 5 for colour intensity and 5 for layering, and 3 each for blendable and strength.
Derwent Inktense Blocks sit in our Watercolour Paints collection with the watercolour paints we stock. It is also listed in Art & Craft Supplies, our general collection for art and craft materials across the store. Every colour in the range is grouped in Derwent Inktense Blocks.
