Chromaflow coloured pencils in Peach Sand, Derwent code 2306081

Six Derwent Chromaflow pencils in Peach Sand, colour number 1870, each with a smooth, powder-based 3.5mm core.

Derwent lists Peach Sand as colour 1870 of the 150 in its Chromaflow range. Because the pencils are highly pigmented, Derwent says the colours stand out well on black and mid-tone paper. Like the rest of the range, Peach Sand is powder-based, with a 3.5mm core and a smooth laydown. Chromaflow is erasable, so highlights can be created in a piece of work. Derwent also says the core is made to handle pressure when sharpening and in use.

The box holds 6 pencils, all Peach Sand. For orders, use AA2306081 (our code) or 2306081 (Derwent). Derwent rates the range 5 for blendable and 4 for layering; the full set of range ratings is in the specifications. Derwent grades this colour 5 on the Blue Wool scale, which runs from 0 to 8.
