Six-pencil box of Inktense Charcoal Grey

Six Charcoal Grey pencils from Derwent Inktense, colour 2100. Dried colour is not dissolved by later layers.

In the Inktense colour list, Derwent prints Charcoal Grey against colour number 2100. The features table marks the range permanent once dry, and Derwent says previously dried layers are not dissolved by new ones. It is water-soluble: work it dry, or add water and the colour turns even more intense. Its core is soft, wax-based and 4mm in size.

Our selling unit is a box of six, all colour 2100. Previously dried layers are not dissolved by new colour, according to Derwent. On a purchase order, use AA700923, or 0700923 if your system holds Derwent codes. Derwent describes the colours as highly pigmented.

For other Inktense colours to go with this box, see Inktense Pencils on our site. Everyday pencils sit in Pencils, and Watercolour & Inktense Pencils collects the water-soluble Derwent lines.
