Box of 6 Derwent Watercolour pencils, Dark Violet 2500

Derwent Watercolour Dark Violet, sold as a box of 6, puts a water-soluble watercolour core inside a hexagonal pencil.

These are hexagonal Derwent Watercolour pencils with a soft, water-soluble core, in Dark Violet, colour number 2500. Derwent describes the range as the beauty of watercolour within a pencil. Used dry, the soft texture blends and layers; mixed with water, it creates colour flows. Dried colour stays workable, since it can be re-wet and moved again. The core is wax-based and 3.5mm wide.

This listing is a box of 6, and every pencil in it is Dark Violet. For ordering, use Derwent code 32825 or our product code AA32825. Derwent's printed range ratings put Watercolour at 4 for blending and 4 for layering, with colour intensity and point strength each rated 3 and erasability rated 2.

See Education Writing Supplies for school pencil and writing stock to order alongside this box. The Watercolour & Inktense Pencils collection lists more water-soluble lines, while Derwent Artist Pencils holds Derwent's other artist pencil ranges.
