Yes. Derwent Watercolour Pencils work perfectly dry, giving you smooth, pigment-rich marks with the control you expect from a quality drawing pencil. Adding water afterwards softens and blends the colour into a wash, so you can combine both techniques on the same piece.
The key difference is permanence. Once an Inktense colour is dry and re-wetted it becomes permanent. Derwent Watercolour is not permanent - once dry you can re-wet it and continue to move and blend the pigment. This makes Watercolour pencils better suited to softer, more reworkable paintings, while Inktense suits bold, permanent colour work.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Mega Office Supplies accepts change-of-mind returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days from the invoice date, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
