Purple (15) from the Derwent Metallic range

Purple, Derwent Metallic colour 15, is a metallic pencil for colour work on dark or black paper.

Derwent Metallic Purple is listed as colour 15. Fine art and craft projects are the uses Derwent names. The Metallic range has 20 colours. A hexagonal barrel holds a 3.5mm core that is soft and wax-based. According to Derwent, the strong core and shimmering pigments produce definition and rich colour laydown. Derwent's metallic formulation is described as intense, heightening the appearance of the colour.

For orders use AA2305617, or 2305617 when matching Derwent's colour list. Purple is supplied here in boxes of 6. Derwent's catalogue heading for the range reads shimmering metallic colour, outstanding on black paper. Derwent describes its Metallic pencils as shimmering and highly metallic.
