Imperial Purple Procolour pencils from Derwent, box of 6

Derwent lists Imperial Purple as Procolour colour 26; each pencil in this box of 6 has a wax-based 4mm core.

Colour 26 in the Procolour range is Imperial Purple. Derwent makes Procolour as a wax-based pencil with a smooth texture and a 4mm core, offered across 72 colours. The company describes a smooth and even laydown, a wax formulation that glides like an oil, and a core that keeps a sharp point for fine detail with minimal chipping or dusting.

Sold in a box of 6, this Imperial Purple pack is listed as AA2302458 in our catalogue and 2302458 in Derwent's. Derwent adds that Procolour reproduction print colours are true to the original binders, so there is no scan glare on copies. Derwent scores the range 5 for blendable.

Looking at Derwent ranges side by side? Derwent Artist Pencils groups the artist pencil lines and Derwent Coloured Pencils lists the coloured pencil ranges. Everyday pencils from other brands are in Pencils.
