Yes. Once water is applied and the pigment dries, the colour becomes permanent and will not reactivate with further wetting. This makes it possible to layer additional colour, glazes or media directly on top without disturbing the base layer.

Inktense Blocks can be used on natural fabrics such as silk and cotton. Apply colour and activate with water, then allow to dry fully. The ink sets into the fabric fibres, making it a practical option for textile art and surface design projects.
