Derwent Inktense Deep Blue, highly pigmented and water-soluble

Derwent Inktense in Deep Blue (colour 0850), a box of 6. It is one of 100 colours in the range.

This is Derwent Inktense Deep Blue, colour 0850, one of the 100 colours in the range. Dried layers are not dissolved by colour added on top, because the range is formulated to dry permanently. Derwent describes the colours as highly pigmented and usable dry or mixed with water. Under the range features, Derwent lists the texture as soft, the core as wax-based and the core size as 4mm.

Order with our code AA2301875 or Derwent code 2301875. Derwent notes that ceramic and wood are among the porous surfaces it can be applied to. Our selling unit is a box of six, all colour 0850. The colours are water-soluble and, per Derwent, dry permanently.

The Inktense Pencils page shows the Inktense pencils we stock, including this colour and its neighbours. Watercolour & Inktense Pencils covers Derwent's water-soluble pencils, while general drawing and writing pencils are under Pencils.
