Derwent Inktense Pencils are water-soluble colour pencils that work beautifully dry and transform into vivid, ink-like colour when activated with water. Once dry, the colour is permanent - making these pencils suitable for use on fabric such as silk and cotton, as well as paper. The Sienna Gold 0240 shade comes in a box of 6.
Each pencil features a round stained ink blue barrel with a colour dip end and metallic blue trim. The firm laydown applies smoothly, delivering bright, intense colour with a large colour strip suited to expressive mark-making. Colours dry quickly with minimal bleed, allowing adjacent shades to be placed without running into each other.
