Cadmium Yellow from Derwent's Inktense pencil range

Box of six: Derwent Inktense Cadmium Yellow, colour 0210. Derwent formulates the range to dry permanently.

Cadmium Yellow carries the number 0210 among the 100 Derwent Inktense colours. A 4mm wax-based core with a soft texture sits inside each pencil. The range is built around an ink-like formulation, and dried colour gives ink-like effects. Derwent formulates Inktense to dry permanently, so later layers go on without dissolving colour that has already dried.

The range features table lists it as water-soluble and permanent once dry. On a purchase order, use AA2301852, or 2301852 if your system holds Derwent codes. A box from us is 6 pencils of Cadmium Yellow. Derwent lists the core as soft and wax-based, 4mm across.

The Inktense Pencils page shows the Inktense pencils we stock, including this colour and its neighbours. Water-soluble Derwent lines sit together in Watercolour & Inktense Pencils, and the wider Derwent pencil ranges are in Derwent Artist Pencils.
