No. Cumberland make the P4 in moist seal only. Self seal appears further up the ladder: the P6 at 135 x 80mm and one of the two P7 codes at 145 x 90mm are self seal. If you need a flap that closes without water, you have to move up a size or two rather than change closure at P4.

It is Cumberland's own name for its range of small gold kraft pocket envelopes, sized P4 through P7. It describes the format, not the contents. Cumberland's dealer record calls the range multi purpose and plain faced with the opening on the short side.
