3M Australia's highlights and the pack both give 1.8kg for 4 sets, for frames up to 20 x 25cm. The specification table on 3M's page shows 7kg, which conflicts with 3M's other figures for small strips, so we quote 1.8kg.
3M's guide uses 4 sets for a frame up to 20 x 25cm and 2 sets for one up to 12 x 17cm and 900g. Count the sets each frame needs against the 8 in the pack.
No. 3M's picture hanging page says to remove hanging hardware from the back of the frame before using picture hanging strips.
No. 3M's Command FAQ says picture hanging strips are for one time use only, so use a fresh set each time you rehang a frame.
